Each individual may hold only one active q999 account. This restriction applies per person (including per CNIC), per household address, per device, per IP address, and per shared payment method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. q999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify q999 support immediately via live chat.
q999 is required by its licensing authority to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested depending on account activity levels. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal processing being withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All player account balances and transactions on q999 are denominated in PKR. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. q999 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposits or withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotions offered by q999 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which are stated in the relevant promotion description. These General Terms govern in cases where promotion-specific terms are silent on a particular matter.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each promotion. Until the Wagering Requirement is fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings are not available for withdrawal.
q999 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; exploiting low-risk or no-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements; coordinating accounts with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; and any other strategy designed to extract promotional value without genuine engagement with the platform.
If q999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn in connection with the abused promotion.
All bonuses carry an expiry date or activity requirement. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be forfeited upon reaching the expiry date or condition stated in the promotion terms. q999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All games offered on q999 — including slots, live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, Blackjack), and other RNG-based games — operate under individual game rules provided within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.
All RNG-based games on q999 use random number generation systems that have been tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not susceptible to manipulation by q999, game providers, or players.
In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, q999's server-side Game Logs constitute the authoritative and final record of events. If a discrepancy exists between what a player observed on their device and the Game Log, the Game Log prevails. Disputes must be reported to q999 support via live chat within 14 days of the relevant game session.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or live dealer session — including software errors, connection failures, or server interruptions — q999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. q999 is not liable for any perceived loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions that are rectified by stake return.
The following rules apply specifically to sports betting on q999, including cricket betting (PSL, international T20s, Test matches), UFC, football, and other available markets.
q999 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its discretion, without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once q999's systems have accepted and logged the bet — confirmation is displayed on-screen and recorded in your account transaction history.
In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are available as long as the market remains open on q999's platform. q999 may suspend, close, or restrict in-play markets at any time without notice — particularly where significant events are imminent or have just occurred and prices require recalibration. Bets placed during a brief suspension window will be voided if the suspension cannot be resolved prior to market settlement.
q999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per sport. Specific maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum, the payout is capped at the maximum limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q999 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to authorities where applicable:
q999 may suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: a violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is occurring; the account is linked to fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; a regulatory or licensing obligation requires suspension; or additional verification is required before service continues.
Following investigation, q999 may permanently close an account and forfeit associated balances where prohibited conduct, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or material misrepresentation is confirmed. q999 will notify the player of a permanent closure by email to the registered address where possible, though it is not obligated to provide detailed reasons where doing so could prejudice an ongoing investigation.
You may close your q999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting live chat support. Before closing, q999 will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining verified balance. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or ongoing KYC verification may be subject to a brief processing period before final closure.
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, q999 strongly recommends using the formal self-exclusion process rather than standard closure.
